70 Old Broad Street
An informal society of railwaymen who worked at 70 Old Broad Street during its British Rail Projects days.
British Rail Projects was the organisation that managed most of the major projects undertaken by the British Railways Board prior to its privatation. The highly regarded Infrastructure Division was based at 70 Old Broad Street: two floors of London Underground owned offices above Liverpool Street Underground Station.

BR Projects established financing and construction industry partnerships and led a portfolio of, mainly under budget and delivered early, projects that included East Coast Mainline Electrification, Liverpool Street Redevelopment, London Tilbury, Southend Resignalling Scheme, Eurostar Waterloo Terminal, Railfreight Terminals for Channel Tunnel, Eurostar Safety Case, Stansted Airport Station Redevelopment and National Cab Radio Scheme.
